Hey, I’m Liz! Founder of Happy Batch Co. Cookie Enthusiast, and Lifelong Baker.

This all started back in August 2024, when I made the big (and slightly scary) decision to finally pursue something that had always felt like home: baking.

Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with my sisters mixing, scooping, laughing, sneaking bites of dough when we thought no one was watching. Baking was never just about making something sweet. It was about connection, comfort, and creating little moments of joy. That feeling stuck with me.

Fast forward to today, and that same love is baked into every cookie we make. From classic flavours that bring back childhood nostalgia to bold new creations that surprise and delight. Every batch is made with heart, care, and a good dose of fun!

Happy Batch Co. is more than just cookies (though let’s be honest, the cookies are pretty great). It’s a reminder that it’s never too late to chase the things that light you up. And if we can make your day a little bit sweeter along the way, that’s the best part.
